Love Rue, I've been shopping with Rue 21 for about 8 years in multiple states and this is one of the largest I've been to. It also had the plus size side which is hard to find.

They always have a sale, online and in store. A lot of times I order online up to the free shipping to the store and just pick it up on my way home a few days later. Clothes seem to be of cheaper quality lately so I'm very extra when I wash them but i'm only wearing them to work or to lounge so it's ok.
